Referral Partner Program Terms

You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and provide accurate program information. We may decline, suspend, or terminate participation at any time.

Referral partners are independent participants. You are not an employee, agent, spokesperson, franchisee, or authorized representative of Pepvoro Labs.

You may share your referral link and accurately reference Pepvoro Labs products, but you may not create confusing domains, handles, ads, logos, or materials that imply official representation.

You are responsible for every post, ad, message, video, page, or claim you publish. Content must not suggest human use, animal use, dosing, administration, therapeutic effect, health benefits, performance outcomes, weight claims, cosmetic claims, or medical use.

You must clearly disclose your material connection wherever you use a referral link or code. Plain disclosures such as #ad, #affiliate, or 'I earn a commission' must be easy to see and understand.

You must comply with advertising, privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, sanctions, tax, and intellectual-property laws. Fraudulent clicks, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, impersonation, misleading offers, spam, and brand bidding are prohibited.

Commission rates, payout timing, qualifying purchases, and thresholds may change. Payouts may be delayed, withheld, offset, reversed, or forfeited for refunds, chargebacks, fraud risk, compliance review, tax issues, or program violations.

You are responsible for your taxes. Before payout, payment processors may require identity verification, tax forms, sanctions checks, and anti-money-laundering review. Failed or incomplete review may prevent payout.

Pepvoro Labs may warn, suspend, restrict, terminate, deactivate codes, require content removal, or withhold commissions at its discretion. Prior leniency does not waive future enforcement.

We may review referral activity, traffic sources, content, payment details, and compliance materials. You must cooperate and remove problematic content when requested.

Non-public program information, commission data, dashboard data, internal communications, and beta features must remain confidential.

You agree to defend and indemnify Pepvoro Labs from claims, regulatory actions, damages, and costs related to your content, conduct, program activity, legal violations, or referred-customer relationships.

The program is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepvoro Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities from program participation.

Disputes may be handled through individual arbitration where enforceable. We may update these terms, and continued participation means acceptance of updated terms.
