Your Privacy Matters
Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Last updated September 28, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including contact details, shipping and billing information, order history, support messages, account credentials, and payment details processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We may also collect technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, site activity, cookies, and similar tracking technologies.
2. How We Use Information
- Process orders, payments, shipping, returns, and support requests.
- Send transactional updates about orders, accounts, and service activity.
- Improve site performance, fraud prevention, security, and customer experience.
- Send marketing communications where permitted, with opt-out options.
- Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, and risk-management obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, email vendors, fraud-prevention partners, professional advisors, legal authorities when required, and successors in connection with a business transaction.
Google Maps Address Autofill
If you choose to use address autofill, the address text you enter and technical request information are sent to Google Maps Platform to provide suggestions. Selecting a result fills the shipping fields on this site. You can always enter an address manually instead. Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, restricted access, secure payment processing, monitoring, and vendor controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Cookies help remember preferences, support cart and account functionality, measure traffic, improve site performance, and personalize content. You can manage cookies through browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
Advertising Measurement (Meta)
We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising and website activity. Depending on the interaction, this can include page and product views, cart and checkout activity, and completed purchases. Information sent to Meta can include event identifiers, page URLs, product identifiers, order values, browser and device information, IP addresses, and advertising click or cookie identifiers.
Where available, contact and account information is also used for event matching. Matching fields such as email address and phone number are hashed before they are sent to Meta; hashing does not make this information anonymous. Some events are sent from our server, so blocking a browser script alone does not necessarily stop server-side reporting.
Learn about Meta's processing and available controls in the Meta Privacy Policy. Contact contact@pepvoro.com with questions or requests about our use of your information.
Store Activity Records
Our internal activity system uses a first-party browser cookie, pv_journey, to group recorded page visits, customer-facing control interactions, account sections, shipment tracking clicks, product and certificate interactions, cart changes, promo attempts, checkout progress, and account and order outcomes. The cookie lasts up to 90 days and is renewed when used. Detailed activity is kept for 90 days. A browser identifier does not identify a verified person; when you sign in or register, we may associate the retained guest history from that browser with your account.
This activity system does not record passwords, payment credentials, shipping form contents, or URL tokens. We use a local IP database to estimate country and state or region; this is approximate and is not used to merge browser identities. The activity database does not retain the raw IP for this lookup. First-party activity collection does not change based on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals and does not work around blocked browser storage. Operational account and order records are maintained separately. Cleared cookies, private browsing, and different devices can create separate browsing histories. Historical backups expire under their own retention schedule.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or limits on certain uses of your information. You may also opt out of marketing messages. Contact us at contact@pepvoro.com to submit a request.
7. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
8. Age Restriction
Our website is intended for adults at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are not controlled by Pepvoro Labs, and you should review their policies before providing information.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted with a revised Last Updated date.
