How free shipping works

Free shipping starts at $250 in merchandise after discounts. Each service’s qualifying total is shown above.

At an order total of $250, USPS Priority Mail costs $5 with your free-shipping credit applied. It becomes free at its qualifying total.

Checkout calculates your final shipping cost automatically.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 0–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time may ship the same day, depending on stock and carrier pickup. Holidays may add processing time.

Protective packaging

Vials are cushioned and packed to limit movement during transit. Packaging may vary with the products, weather, destination, and carrier requirements.

Tracking your order

We’ll email your tracking number when your shipping label is created. Updates appear as the carrier scans your package; a new label may not show movement right away.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. International, U.S. territory, and military-address delivery is not currently available.

We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
