Voro Rewards Terms

Voro Rewards are loyalty points you earn by shopping with Pepvoro Labs. They are a thank-you, not a payment method you bought: 100 points is worth $1.00 off a future order. Anyone with a Pepvoro Labs account earns them automatically. There is nothing to sign up for and no fee.

• You earn points on the merchandise total of an order - what you actually paid for products, after any discounts. Shipping does not earn points.
• Points are added once your order is complete, not when you place it. Your account shows what an order will earn while it is on its way.
• Guest orders do not earn points, because there is no account to add them to. Sign in before checking out and the order will count.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned come back off. If you had spent points on that order, those points are returned to you.

We may add points beyond the standard rate: a bonus on your first order, occasional multiplier events such as a double points weekend, or a goodwill credit if something went wrong with an order. Bonus offers have whatever terms are stated at the time, and we can change or end them. Points already in your balance are yours to spend under these terms whatever happens to the offer that produced them.

• Apply your balance at checkout in one click. There are no codes, no vouchers, and nothing to redeem in advance.
• You choose how much of your balance to use on any order. You are never required to spend it.
• Points come off the merchandise total. They do not pay for shipping, and they cannot reduce an order below zero.
• A small minimum balance may apply before points can be used. The current minimum is shown on your account.

Points expire after 12 months without an order. Any order resets the clock on your entire balance, so if you shop with us even once a year you will never lose a point.

We will email you roughly 30 days before a balance is due to expire, telling you how many points you hold, what they are worth, and the date. Expiry is about clearing long-dormant accounts, not catching people out.

• Points are not money, not property, and not a stored balance you have paid into. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or withdrawn.
• Points cannot be bought, sold, transferred between accounts, or combined with someone else's balance.
• Points are tied to your account. If you close your account, any remaining balance ends with it.

We may adjust, withhold, or remove points connected to fraud, payment reversals or chargebacks, abuse of promotions, duplicate or automated accounts, or orders placed and returned to farm points. Where we can, we will tell you why. Honest mistakes are not what this is for.

We may also correct a balance that is wrong because of a technical error on our side, in either direction.

We may change the earn rate, the value of a point, the minimum balance, or these terms. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not reduce points already in your balance.

If we ever end Voro Rewards, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and keep redemption open for that whole period, so you have a real chance to spend what you hold. Points remaining after that end with the programme and have no cash value.

Voro Rewards are a promotional benefit rather than money you have deposited with us, so they are not a debt owed to you and cannot be claimed as one. If Pepvoro Labs stops trading, we will do what section 8 requires wherever it is within our control: tell you, and keep redemption open while we can. We are telling you this plainly now so that it is never a surprise later.
