By accessing Pepvoro Labs or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

Products and services are intended for qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, and organizations conducting legitimate research. We may refuse orders or request verification when appropriate.

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food use, cosmetic use, or household use. Site content is not medical, veterinary, dosing, or treatment advice.

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and all activity under your account.

Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, risk review, and payment confirmation. Prices may change without notice. We may cancel or refuse an order when necessary.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside our control. See the Shipping page for more details.

Damage and replacement requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Claims require proof, photos, and review. Opened, reconstituted, misused, or improperly stored products may not be eligible.

Website content, branding, text, graphics, software, and design elements belong to Pepvoro Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or exploit them without written permission.

You may not misuse the website, scrape or attack our systems, misrepresent your identity, resell without authorization, promote human or animal use, discuss dosing or administration, make health claims, or use products outside their research-only purpose.

We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, prohibited conduct, fraud risk, or failure to provide requested verification.

Affiliate or referral participation is governed by our Affiliate Terms. Participants are responsible for lawful, accurate content and must avoid health claims, dosing claims, and misleading promotions.

You accept responsibility for purchase, possession, storage, handling, and research use of products. You assume risks arising from misuse, contamination, degradation, improper handling, or unauthorized application.

The website and products are provided as available and without implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. COAs reflect testing at the time of analysis and are not guarantees of results in any specific research application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepvoro Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Pepvoro Labs from claims arising from your use, misuse, handling, statements, marketing, legal violations, or breach of these Terms.

Disputes may be subject to individual arbitration and class-action waiver where enforceable. Nothing prevents either party from seeking appropriate injunctive relief for intellectual-property or misuse concerns.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
